With Day 3 of the WSOP Main Event coming to a close, it seems only one online star is emerging, Andy “BKiCe” Seth. Andy Seth came very close just 3 weeks ago to earning his first bracelet while playing in WSOP Event #24, No Limit Hold’em $1,500, but finished in 2nd behind “The Greek”, Pete Vilandos.
This year alone, Andy Seth has placed in the money in 4 of the WSOP events, bringing his cash total to over $400K. At the end of day 3, Andy Seth in 18th place with 106K in chips and behind a bunch of no names and Jeffrey Lisandro.
Both Seth and Lisandro had insane days yesterday, dominating tables for most of the day. In fact they managed to outlast greats such as Annie Duke, Jamie Gold, Doyle Brunson, Tom McEvoy, and Daniel Negreanu, which all watched their 2009 WSOP hopes fall to the ground. Aah, the mighty will fall.
A few other top players managing to hanging there, Christina Lindley, both Suzie and Howard Lederer, Robert Mizrachi, and Phil Hellmuth. The WSOP Main Event is far from over and many of these names will have opportunities to either rise or fall, but sadly, most will fall.
