Cherry Red Casino is known for it’s many games, but tonight to me, it is know for it’s Progressive Caribbean Draw Poker. I was so captivated by this game, it was real hard for me to stop playing.
The table is bright and bold using Cherry Red Casinos signature color, red. The discard pile to the left, chips in the middle and the shoe to the right. The table limit sign was visible, along with the progressive jackpot amount, and even a pay table was tucked off to the left side. A flashing skull and crossbones off to the right was for the players progressive bets.
The table limits were great. Players can wager from $1.00 to $250.00 per hand. To enter the progressive, it would cost players $1.00 per hand. I think most players would enjoy these limit, being that they can fit into most players budgets. In addition to great limits, the progressive jackpot is just near 56K!
Once the player has placed their antes, both the player and the dealer are dealt five cards. Players can choose to keep their cards, or discard up to two cards. Then the dealer does their thing and the winning hands are awarded. Dealer’s can only qualify for hand by having a pair of 8’s or better.
There were only two things I disliked, but quickly got over, while playing Caribbean Draw. One is if the player receives an excellent hand and the dealer does not qualify, the player only receives their ante back. The other is when the dealer reveals their cards and they already have the player beat, they still draw, and I think it is rubbing it in a little.
Other than these two things, this game was full of excitement. I had the best time and I ended up about $735.00. I hit two really nice hands that paid big.
